Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PDF2Word, operated by ShuttleLab. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use PDF2Word lawfully. You must not upload content you do not have the right to convert, use the service to infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
Accounts and plans
Some features require an account or a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Quotas and limits may change; paid plans renew until cancelled through the billing portal.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Creem. By subscribing you authorize Creem to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods. You can view invoices, update your payment method, or cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
If a charge was clearly made in error or the service was unavailable for an extended period, contact us at support@shuttlelab.org within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate. Because conversions consume compute resources immediately, we do not otherwise guarantee refunds for a billing period you have already used. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period.
Service availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and liability
Conversion results are provided without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShuttleLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
